Important:

  • Do not call the warehouse directly. Please contact us if you have any questions about your Warranty Replacement.
  • Our warehouse do not accept walk-ins. Please ship your RMA to our warehouse or walk in to any of WD Drop Points below.
  • Use a traceable carrier for your shipment
  • All packages must contain a valid WD Warranty Replacement number. WD will not accept or process packages without a valid Warranty Replacement number.
  • Make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of your package.
  • For international shipments, make sure the correct Country of Origin (COO) is reflected on your shipping document before arranging your RMA returns to WD. This is a Customs Compliance requirement. The COO can be found on the drive label.
  • If upon inspection of your returned product WD suspects fraud or deems such Product to be counterfeit, WD may, in its sole discretion, confiscate such Product or take such other actions as it deems necessary.
  • If a product returned to a WD service center is found to be counterfeit, WD retains its right to refuse replacement and confiscate the counterfeit product.
  • For RMAs containing five or more drives, replacements will be done only after the returned drives are verified at WD’s service center.
