Q: When taking action shots for sports and skateboarding, what are the fundamentals you look for to ensure the shot, and any unique tips/tricks for these type of shots?

A: It’s all timing, so pre-visualization is key to knowing what you want the picture to look like.

Q: How is ArmorATD different compared to other products?

A: It’s great because you can feel and see the quality. When you're traveling, you know that you files will be safe no matter what they encounter. 

Q: Can you talk about your workflow and how you maximize ArmorATD?

A: My workflow depends on whether I’m shooting tethered or to a card. Either way, I use 2 ArmorATDs and save the files to them rather than to the computer. The speed of ArmorATD is great so I can get things done fast. After the shoot, I give one drive to the client and I keep the other. 

Q: Do your prefer to carry an external hard drive with you during shoots while on set?

A: I only shoot to external hard drives and I trust ArmorATD more than the internal drive that comes with the computer. 

Q: How does the ArmorATD’s portable size help with your shoots?

A: I’m always using two drives. It’s great to have them to be small, so it takes up less room.
